Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to to food poisoning or irritable bowel syndrome or alcohol induced gastritis. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Drink plenty of liquids, use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use tablet Ofloxacine and Ornidazole twice a day for five days.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Sporulac thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
