General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

If you are having pneumonia secondary to bactetemia than fever usually present along with cough...

You have only chest hurt problem

So better to consult physician for following work up...
-Auscultation
-CBC (look for neutrophils or lymphocytosis)
-Urine culture according to which specific antibiotic given
-Chest x ray

Meanwhile drink more water and fruit juice

Cranberry juice extract tablet useful

If cold more than levocetrizine taken for congestion relief

Hope this will help

Take care
