How Can Spots All Over The Body Post Swimming Be Treated?

Hi, A few months ago I went swimming at a coworkers. She had a public pool in her apartment complex. I happened to use baby oil on my stomach and chest. Well I ended up getting sunburnt, and once the burn faded I started getting spots all over. It s been about 4 months, and it s went from being a few spots to spreading all over my abdomen and chest. I don t have health insurance, so i was trying to prolong a doctors visit as long as possible. Due to the spreading though I m beginning to get worried.

Hello,
This is a difficult one without knowing what the spots looked Ike, but a public pool is a great place to pick up a superficial fungal infection. If the spots are quite flat and perhaps with a fine scale, washing with an antifungal shampoo (and leaving it on for a few minutes) for a few weeks may settle the problem.
