How Can Sore Neck Be Treated?
I have had a sore neck for 2 weeks. Any slight movement and I m in pain. Yawing is especially painful. I don t get any other pain anywhere else except for the back of my neck. I have had no injury at all that can explain this. I do not work in an office or with computers.

You are suffering from cervical strain. It may affect any person who does not do computer work. I have seen such patients who do not do clerical work, relax and just get it confirmed by cervical spine x-ray AP and lateral view.
Take tablet Aceclofenic plus, relaxant as Chlorzoxone or Thiocolchicoside. As these are prescription drugs, please contact your local doctor he will prescribe these.
Go for cervical spine exercises. These are available under cervical spine exercises.
