How Can Sleep Apnea Be Treated?
I have gone to a sleep study and was diagnosed to have sleep apnea. I don t want to wear that machine due to cost and the marks left on people s face after using them. They have come out with other things for sleep apnea Do you recommend anything that wouldn t be so costly

Sleep apnea is lack of sleep at night when a sleep. This is due to sliding up of vocal cords when relaxed at sleep one of the main cause is obesity so weight reduction can cure it. Sleeping position can also treat for drugs no drug so far which can treat this condition.
