How Can Sleep Apnea Along With Fatigue And Excessive Sweating Be Treated?

I m a 58 year old female, I m overweight, I have AFIB, sleep apnea and am always tired with sweating. I use blood thinners and other medicines to control my high blood pressure. I use a CPAP machine regularly yet I am constantly tired and always sweating. I m weak and can not do anything.

Hi mam.

Thanks for the query on HCM

If overweight these symptoms do come. I wld like to suggest some simple tests like ECG and ECHO to rule out any cardiac illness.

If ECG and ECHO are normal you can work out with exercises to reduce your weight. Reducing weight will solve the problem and slowly you can come out of CPAP also.

For excercises, initially start with mild form of exeercises like brisk walking, slowly for 15 min and you can increase your time to 30 minutes. Daily doing this can drastically improve your health condition.

Hope this piece of information is helpful.

Thank u
