How Can Skin Tan On The Hands Be Treated?

hello doctor I am XXXXXXX ,can you plz suggest me. Because My face colour is white and my hands get tanned up very soon so its changed into completely black. its been more then 10 years no improvement I have been trying all home remedy no change in my hand can you please suggest me some medical peels

Skin tanning on hands is commonly seen with diabetes.


So first of all rule out diabetes by testing sugar levels.


Apply clear Z cream on hands.


It is having Isotretinoin, Triamcinolone and Hydroquinone.


All these are useful for skin brighten and glow.


Avoid excessive sun exposure. Wear had gloves.


If this cream don't work then get done Botox treatment from skin specialist.
