How Can Skin Cuts In The Nostrils Be Treated?
I have had cuts inside my nostrils that do not go away. I tried all kinds of creams and sprays but nothing works. It seems like some kind of virus and dont know what to do to treat it permanently. I also get a rash of small bumpy pimples in the bottom corner below my lower lips.Not sure if its related but these things dont seem to go away.

Antiviral drug like Acyclovir with antibiotic like Azithromycin may be taken. Apply antibiotic cream in nostrils and Acyclovir cream on the lip lesions. Improve immunity and hygiene.
