How Can Sinusitis With Throat Irritation Be Treated?

my husband got sinusitis last august 4 he went to va for check up,va practitioner just gave pain shot.then my husband went to walk-in clinic on august 6 .they seen boil on his throat they give him antibiotic and some anti histamine but due to irritation on his throat he cant eat much and swallow those medicine.then we came back to clinic Monday august 11 they give him antihistamine, antibiotic and vicious lidocaine and cough syrup all in for of liquid. but until now he can it solid food only liquid I am worried he lose his weight due to not eating properly due to irritation of his throat.

hello, thanks for your query, might be , due to mouth ulcers and active infection, he is not able to eat. presently you need not to to be worried, as he is already on lignocaine gel, pain killer and antibiotics. it takes time to resolve .mean time, you can give non spicy diet, fruit juice, ice cream and smashed banana.just see for any deficiencies through blood tests like anemia.diabets.hope I have answeed your query. all the best. take care.
