How Can Sinusitis Be Treated?

My sinuses are wide open and very cold, which causes a lot of sinus pain/headaches every night. I need to figure out what to do to help get a good night sleep. I use nose spray, gels such as ayr or just neosporin in my nose every night. I still can t get through the night without waking up with severe sinus pain headache

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Sinusitis treated with water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use decongestant nasal spray, use decongestant medication. use antibiotics under your doctor consultation. If you're symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he may drain the sinus collection through functional sinus endoscopic surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
