General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern.
Some advice that I can give you are:

1) Use Duonase spray for relief.
2) Take a pain reliever such as Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen to relieve facial pain and headache.
3) Take oral decongestant.
4) Take mucolytics that thins mucus and improves sinus drainage (mucolytic).

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other questions, I'll be glad to help.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
