im 30 years old right now and member of law enforcement, everytime we undergo undergoing training or physical conditioning, i got easily tired everytime we excercise and run, before i enter the service 3 years ago, i was diagnosed with sinus arrytmhia. how can i overcome this situation to last longer during exercise and run longer and what vitamin do ineed to take
