How Can Side Effects Of Wellbutrin Be Treated?

Hi. Recently I started taking Wellbutrin at 600 mg. I thought it was helping, but for the past few days I ve been experiencing severe side effects. My heart rate is up, my rosacea flare-up is unmanageable, my hands are shaking, it s a little hard to swallow, and I m not nauseous, but I feel like I could gag at any second. Do I need immediate medical attention or is there something I can do at home to alleviate the symptoms until tomorrow when I can take a lower dose?
