Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic
Your complaint of tingling points out at a neurological involvement as only myalgia cannot be a cause for it.
It is most probably a case of CERVICAL SPONDYLITIS with radiculopathy.
TREATMENT:
1) soft cervical collar
2) avoid using a big/multiple pillows
3) T.Neugaba-M 0-0-1 for 1 month
4) Dicloran gel application
5) hot water fomentation
6) neck muscle strengthening exercises
If u follow this strictly, u wil definitely feel better in about 3 weeks.
