Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The pulmonary edema is a condition where the fluid accumulates in the lung from various reasons commonly as cardio respiratory insufficiency or other systemic issues. The condition is to be managed in intensive care unit with expert cardiologist, pulmonologist and anesthetic consultants. The online assistance with this is not possible for sure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
