How Can Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness Be Treated?

Tests located a 4cm Thoracic Aorta Aneurysm. The initial ER examination determined the findings after I was admitted with chest pains and shortness of breathe. I followed up with cardiologist that suggested that excess fluid build around heart applied pressure to experience what I felt. Inflammation may have been result of an infection. I I am still having this discomfort with additional symptoms such as dizziness and blank episodes. Cardiologist consultation concluded no alarm or concern at the time of visit over a month ago. Restless nights - should I be concerned or is this condition the norm?
