Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your description it seems like something called knee joint effusion, it is nothing but abnormal collection of fluid in the knee joint space. It can be due to many causes. Detailed evaluation is needed to find out exact cause. As of now, consult a good orthopedic and get evaluated. Get an X-ray done and you might require aspiration of joint space.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
