How Can Severe Pelvic Pain Caused By An Injury Be Treated?

I m not a woman so I m not sure if you can help me. But I got in a bike wreck a couple years ago shattered my pelvis and had to be plated up..s well I pulled all my pelvic muscles completely off the boe so the reattached the best they could..i was puking a week or so ago and was straining..now it has been sore feels like constant pressure..when I cough laugh or sneeze feels like someone is stabbing me

Hi,

It might be due to simple musculoskeletal causes. As a first line Management you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persists, better to consult a physician and plan for an MRI scan.
