How Can Severe Pain In The Legs Be Treated?

do I need to talk to my doctor again? he told me to do cycling for 1 hour each day for my medial plica, but I did it for 16 minutes since I couldn t handle the pain, but then I couldn t fall asleep the pain was so severe until 3 am. they said they would assess me again in 5 months to see if I still need surgery, but I can t even last dancing in a football game for a couple minutes without needing ice

Have gradual rise in exercising, only after confirming painless movements with less exercises. Do not over do. Continue regular physiotherapy and medications suggested. Consult treating doctor when pain is unbearable. They can reassess the condition earlier too if needful.
