General & Family Physician 's  Response
Advice
1.     Amitryptyline 25 mg per oral at bed time for one month
2.     Tramadol 50 mg every 12 hours per oral for 10 days
3.     Methylcobalamin 500 mcg once daily per oral for 3 months
4.     Take rest for few days
5.     Avoid the posture which aggravates pain
6.     Consult a physiotherapist. Physiotherapist will suggest exercise for relieving such pain
7.     Investigation – MRI of spine
Consult an orthopedic surgeon if pain I not relieved after above measures.
Thanks
