How Can Severe Pain In The Joints Be Treated?

I am having a prostrate biopsy on April 12th and had to come off of all my meds for arthritis, blood thinner and pain meds( hydrocodone). I am having problems with joint pain which keeps me from sleeping ( 20 orthopeadic surgeries including replacement of both knees, hip and ankle), can I take Tramadol for pain without affecting the possible problems of the biopsy( bleeding, etc.)

Hello,

Tramadol can be related to some side effects such as an allergic reaction or nausea, tremor, vomiting. I do not think that it can be related to possible problems of biopsy. You can use it without any worry to relieve the pain of the joint. Cool compresses can also be helpful in relieving the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
