Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Since you are having multiple episodes of vomiting. We have to rule out head injury. Some injuries may not be that much evident in first CT scan and may manifest 24 hours later. Get an emergency scan done as soon as possible and consult a neurosurgeon. As of now you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
