How Can Severe Pain In The Hands Be Treated?

I started having de quervein s in both hands after 1 1/2 months of delivery. It has been 5 months after delivery but pain is still worse. Also, I m nursing my daughter. Can you please advise what to do to cure this pain, as I can t wear splints for long time and have to hold the baby as well. I have fluctuations in thyroid after delivery as well. Please help me as I m not able to do anything properly.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
