hi this is trish clarke im 58years I was recently told by my dr that I have rheumatoid arthritis my hands & feet hurt so bad &my wrists. I dont know how to ease this horrific pain& I cant even do something so small with out a lot of pain.please help YYYY@YYYY

You can start with Methotrexate, as prefilled syringe, once weekly subcutaneous or as tablets per os, with an anti inflammatory agent like Brufen, as Methotrexate starts it effect. You should continue than with Methotrexate for at least 3-6 months, and Ac Folic, once per week.
