How Can Severe Pain In The Groin Area Be Treated?

I fell on my left hip and the next day had to go into the hospital finding out I had acidosis from the trauma from the fall. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital and I ve been home 3 weeks now, I am still in a lot of nerve pain, unable to lift my leg to put on any pants, I can t cross my leg tovtie my s6hoes because I fell I huge pull in the muscle so over the last few days I ve been having sharp pain in my groin area only on that left side, pain that I sit down. the pain comes and goes more frequently lasting longer each time. I am noticing a large amount of bruises on that left leg as well all over my body. I know i haven t hit my arms or legs on anything. also ifvivsit too long with more weight in that left side the whole leg goes numb quickly, please help and tell me what s causing the groin pain thank you Sarah greenwood

hi Sarah greenwood
i see your conern for the pain u have
pain might be due to some injury to spinal cord as this area is supplied by s1 s2 s3 nervs values

so a gud MRI image ll tell u the exact situation
rest you can have a treat like this

tab.voveron-sr 1bd
antibiotic after culture and sensitivity test otherwise u can have broad specturm anti biotic like agumentin 625mg 1tds
TT as indicated withprevious immunisation history
lumbar support belt

if still have pain please approach to pain management doctor for morphine patch or fentanyl patch
