How Can Severe Pain In The Arms, Neck And Back Be Treated?

Hello I hope u can advise me l, I tripped over this morning then sliped on a wet floor I have 4crushed discs in my neek and ha e had lower back surgery whear I had instrumental cushion on L4-5 disco, after my fall the pain. Has gotten very bad, last time it happens I called the ambulance who convinced me to stay home before that on 3-4 different occasions when I got to hospital that assumed I just wanted tablets and sent me home im on methadone for pain relief but I had a lthat earlier and it has worn off so now I m layi g hear back throbbing shooting pains all through my rear end and down to my toe and my neck is word I can just hold my phone with left hand dou to the pains gong down my arm neck upper back and is giving me a very large head ace I don t trust the amboes ore the hospital as I can barely walk ATM, WHAT DO I DO PLEASE HELP THE PAIN IS UNBARABLE IM VERY TYERD AND FELL LIKE GIVING UP
