How Can Severe Pain Due To Hemorrhoids Be Treated?

I have had external hemorrhoids for two days now started using preparation -h cooling whips and sitzs baths yesterday today same and add preparation -j hemorrhoidal suppositories today and other suggestions on how to relieve this horrible pain and discomfort

As you mentioned you have problem of hemorroid.

Stool softner can use for constipation problem.
Hydrocortisone ointment help to reduce a Inflammation and pain.
Lignocain ointment apply before going toilet time.

Avoid excessive straining at toilet time.
Take a fiber supplement.
Drink more water.
Habit a regular bowel movement.
Warm water sitz bath also helpful in piles.
Consult a doctor for further treatment.
