Hi I had a chiropractic adjustment today and now i have pain in my shoulder, slightly up my neck and I feel nauseous when I am upright. He had some difficulty adjusting my neck on one side. I am thinking of taking a robaxacet and going to bed, should I?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be vertigo due to cervical spondylosis. Diphenhydramine can be used to control the symptoms. Imaging of neck and neurologist consultation is well appreciated.
