How Can Severe Headaches Along With Dizziness Be Treated?

Hello there. Im a Filipina living in Japan. I suffered an extremely headache before and after my menstruations. And lately, I felt dizziness and a lot of sleepy feeling. I am 51 years old and I think its all because of my pre menopausal period. I decided to go to an OB..and she gave me this pill...Sophia. My question is, can it really help a woman like me who is suffering from a pre menopausal period?

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear it contain tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid .

tranexamic acid useful to prevent excessive bleeding and mefenamic acid use as pain killer.

In premenopause there is lack of hormones or decreased hormones may lead to head ache ,hot flashes and raise body temperature and generalised weakness etc..

Hormonal replacement and prime rose oil may useful. Vit d. and vit e supplementation may it useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care
