Hi I m 30 yrs old. I have been prescribed vyvanse 60 mg(1 in the morning), adderall ER 20 mg(1 in the afternoon), I ve been on subutex for 5 years & seroquel 50mg (3 at bedtime) I only take 1-2 though. Since starting vyvanse, by noon I have a horrible headache in the back, bottom of my head & comes around to the right did of my head. It gets so bad I become nauseous. I ve tried Tylenol & ibuprofen and nothing is helping. The only thing so far that has helped us laying down or leaning my head backwards. As soon as I hold my head up, it s back. I will add that I have chiari malformation. I did have surgery 2013. Please help!
