How Can Severe Folliculitis Be Treated?
I have a bad case of folliculitis. I have been to the dermatologist 3 times getting ointments, pills and even shots of steroids directly into the effected areas and nothing seems to work. Is there any radical treatment out there that can help? I even heard laser hair removal might work?

If all these therapeutic methods were unsuccessful then the best option would be surgical management where the abscess is cleaned and hair removed under local anesthesia
