How Can Severe Eczema Be Treated?

Hello I’m contacting you for some help, my niece is 6 years old an she suffers from severe eczema and we truly as the parents don’t know what to do anymore. We have tried all medications doctors have given us but nothing seems to help and at this point she is been tested with all kinds of things to see what helps but I do not want to see my niece suffer anymore. She is now swollen all over her body from a medication they gave to her, she cries and cries because she says it hurts all over her body and she cant move her arms or extend them straight due to all the pain. Her showers are all tears and pain to her she is living all in pain. Please if you can help me I would more than gladly appreciate it, but please help!!
