How Can Severe Depression With Random Emotional Thoughts Be Cured?

I feel like everyone hates me. I ve noticed that if I were to kill myself right now, nobody would miss me. Somebody could replace everything I do-I m worthless. I keep getting emotional at random moments and it lasts for hours or even days. I can t concentrate on anything in my life, and I ve lost interest in everything that I used to like. Is there something wrong with me? What can I do?

Hi,
Severe depression can be treated. I would like you to consult your psychiatrist as soon as possible.
Counselling along with antidepressant medications can certainly get you out of this condition. You can join support groups and engage in certain community activities to get over your present mood.
You might be offered electroconvulsive therapy initially if your treating psychiatrist feels that your symptoms are severe.
I hope the above information helps you. Cheer up. Life is beautiful, do enjoy it. Have a wonderful day buddy. Thanks for writing into healthcaremagic. Take care.
