How Can Severe Constipation And Fever In A Child Be Treated?

ok so i have a 7 yr old female who has sever constipation ( still passng bowl but x ray shows a tummy FULL) she has a feaver of 102 will come dow to 99 with meds then shoot right back up she has been having dizzy spells as well and has a slight rash on her body looks kinda like eczema rash . she has the tummy pain right after she eats as well as nausea and if she throws up its stomach acid what could be the issue drs seem stummped waitin on refferel to peds gi

1. As there is history of fever with abdominal pain with vomiting it is time to see a pediatrician to check for causes and complication(s) which can arise due to the same:

CAUSES:
- low fibre diet
- under hydration
- sedentary lifestyle
- Fever [especially Typhoid]

COMPLICATION(S)
. Anal fissure
. Rectal Prolapse
. Encopresis

2. As Physical examination and X-ray reveals stool impaction thus get an opinion from a general surgeon and get a Thyroid profile done, till then:

. REGIME:
*Regular bowel habits with attempted bowel movements 15-20 minutes after breakfast when gastro colic reflex is strongest.
* High fibre diet. [high roughage in diet- plenty of green leafy vegetables like cabbage,cauliflower, spinach, cucumber,lady's finger
* eat plenty of fruits with edible cover
* Adequate fluid intake.
* Abhyarishta/Panchskara churan/ Tab Herbolax
* Purgation with olive oil is advisable which is free from side effects
