How Can Severe Backache Be Treated?
i am an addict, 10 years ago i was using heroin and cocain intravenously, i reached my bottom and did 6 months of rehab and stayed clean from all of thta, but now i suffer with extremely bad back pain and am back addicted to pain pills, only differeence from than and now is that i dont use o get high, i use just so i can functon and am able to work. so is methadone good for me because i need it for pain, i dont want to take pain pills, but i do need somethimg for pain or i just can live a normal life

Consult an orthopedics and plan for an MRI spine to rule out spine related problems like prolapsed disc. As of now analgesics like Tramadol or Gabapentin can be used.
