How Can Severe Arthritis In The Shoulder Be Treated?

I have severe arthritis --it has become very painful in my right shoulder--have had shots but they only last 3days--doc told me I have stalagtite formatations in the joint-- pain meds give some help but only for about 4 hours I take glucosamine chondroitin , msm, aleeve and other supplements --nothing seems to help I had a nuclear bone scan done last month total severe arthritis can you offer a comment ?

hi. the best remedy for this is physiotherapy along with medicine. you can take milk products in your food. it will take time. don't worry. more exercise is beneficial for you. thank you. regards.
