Hi.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of severe gastritis.
NORCO (not Norfco) is a combination of Hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen.
These are both pain killers.
And ideally should be accompanied by an antacid.
This may help resolve the symptoms.
Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day, half hour before food may help.

I would also need to know all her comorbidities and medications to give a more appropriate answer.

If however, this does not afford any relief, please visit a cardiologist to rule out a possible cardiac etiology.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
Feel free to contact us for any doubts and related queries.
Best wishes, Dr Mittal
