I was taking 90 mg Prozac and 3 mg xanax, and 2400mg gabapentin for years.. Dr stopped prozac and started cymbalta to 60 mg, and changed xanax to 30 mg valium. I have also recently been finally diagnosed with neuromytonia after many years of twitching and spasms. Plus having to go through a bad breakup. Since starting the new meds I feel worse. More depressed and irritable. Just yesterday Dr stopped Valium, went back to xanax and raised cymbalta to 90mg.i feel one of them is the reason I m feeling more depressed. Valium did not help anxiety. Worried about cymbalta upped. Seems taking a few more gabapenti is the only thing that help my mood.
