How Can Severe Ankle Pain Be Treated?

ello , so I recently twisted my ankle and know every time I walk it feels like something is going to rip in my ankle. But I have previously been to a doctor through out my years about the same ankle but it s a different kind of pain should I go to a clinic?

I had gone through your query and understand it.

I have seen number of patients with same complain. So, if I would be your treating doctor, then I would definitely advise you to go for an X-Ray (A.P. and Lateral, both views) of affected ankle joint earliest. If it will find any positive result, then go for consultation of orthopedic surgeon as early as possible.

Till that time, I recommend you Tablet-Vetory-MX (if no allergy), twice in a day at the interval of 12 hours for 2 to 3 days and Tablet Dompan-SR (if no allergy), once in a day at the interval of 24 hours for 3 days before 15 minutes of meal. Apply ice on the affected area 5 to 6 times in a day for 10 minutes. Take complete rest.
