How Can Sever Fatigue And Low Grade Fever Be Treated?
My daughter is an active 20 year old. She previously had mono, and months later she is back to being fatigued, low energy, and a low grade fever that won t seem to go away. Also has a slight rash that comes and goes. She s been tested for Lyme disease and lupus, and both came back negative. I m not sure what to do at this point.....
If she is involved in unprotected intercourse then you need to screen for HIV which is sexually transmitted and is associated with low fever, fatigue, weight loss and other opportunistic infections.Once HIV is ruled out do routine blood tests with CBC,Esr,urine analysis to diagnose viral or bacterial infection then treated accordingly.
