How Can Seborrheic Dermatitis Be Treated?

Hi I been to a dermatologist and he said I had seb dermatitis on scalp and I have lost a lot of hair which the dem said I had female patter loss but I ve started to see fine spikes coming through so could this mean I ve not got female patter loss please help me
