Hello,

Treatment of rotator cuff tendinitis is by applying cold compressors on your shoulder for 15 minutes. Taking analgesics such as ibuprofen and rest your joint. If these methods were not successful, physiotherapy is an option. Another treatment modality is to inject a steroid to reduce the inflammation and the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abed Tahrawi
