General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Ring worm is a fungal infection caused by Microsporum canis.
Treatment should be taken under advise of dermatologist.
You took treatment for 2 week. Now I would suggest to consult dermatologist for further treatment course
If infection persists then long term treatment upto 3 months is require.
The treatment include:
- terbinafin oral pill, 1 tablet per day for month
- After one month tablet fluconazole, once in week for 8 week
- Apply gentian violet solution and once it dry then apply terbinafin ointment

Maintain proper pelvic hygiene, drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
