How Can Retrograde Ejaculation Be Treated?

I am having an issue of sperm ejaculation. I have what feels like a regular orgasm...but there is little to no ejaculation.. maybe a little dribble shortly after.. but no ejaculation. This also results in a blue balls feeling as well. What is the cause of this.. how is it treated?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Retrograde ejaculation needs detailed evaluation to find out what exactly causing the problem. You can consult a urologist to rule out to urethral or prostatic involvement. Most cases improves well with treatment. Tricyclic antidepressants like imipramine and antihistamines like cholrpheneramine are used for treatment. Surgery is rarely required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
