How Can Recurring Facial Pimples, Which Are Sore And Pus-filled, Be Treated?
hi I m a 43 year old woman that gets big swollen pimples on my chin, above my lip and under my jawline. they do fill with yellow pus then they bleed. they are extremely sore and I would love some advice on how to treat this. I cleanse tone and moisturize my face twice daily. ive used tea tree oil fuscidine ointment benzac ointment witch hazel nothing really helps they keep appearing

As per your description it seems that you are having advanced form of pimples called comedones. Consult a dermatologist and get the following things done:- (1)- Topical retinoins and benzyl peroxide wash can be tried initially. (2)- Topical clindamycin gel to clear of infection. (3)- You might require lral antibiotics like tetracycline or tetracycline also. (4)- Avoid oily food and do frequent steam inhalation. (5)- Do not puncture or break the nodules.
