How Can Recurrent Fissure Problem Be Dealt With?

I am 58 yr old and diabetic for last 19 years and recurring fissure problem frequently say after about 5 yrs.

The surgeon suggested to undergo operation of fissures. The doctor also detected piles also.

pl suggest whether surgery is best solution or else.
