How Can Recurrent Bladder Infection Be Treated?

My 71 year old sister has continuous bladder infections and suffers from incontinence. She has had botox teatment which she doesn t think is working. The doctor now is reccommending Intersim placement. She is not sure if she should try this new treatment. Could you give us som input on this?

it appears to be ecoliinfection which is resistant treatment. due to proximity to vagina and anal canal it is recurrent and hygiene is to be maintained. repeat culture and sensitivity test and take the most effective antibiotic recomanded.
