General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
It seems you have got psoriatric arthritis.
If I were your treating doctor I recommend,
-NSAID's like ibuprofen ,naproxen along with proton pump inhibitors
-Local ice pack application if swelling exists.
-avoid putting direct weight on joints
-Regular stretching and muscle strengthening exercise.Healthy diet containing green leafy vegetables, nuts, almonds, flaxseed, dairy for calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and antioxidants.
Need to visit orthopaedician if symptoms persists.Certain drugs like methotrexate, steroids may be needeed.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks
