How Can Premature Ejaculation Be Treated?

hi am 30 years old and i masturbate weekly once. when i masturbath ill take pills like Caverta, Forzest , r penegra tablets for extra pleasure whl masturbating. n i have premature problem also if i start masturbating without a tablet i'l ejaculate with in a 20secnd... plzz suggest me n help me. i had sex 6 times with my girlfriend 3years back. after that i never had sex... please answer to my question...

At the outset you have to clear out your thought about premature ejaculation.
Premature ejaculation is a term defined as Ejaculation that happens within one minute of penetration of vagina while having intra vaginal sexual intercourse with female partner .

What you get is an early ejaculation and not a premature ejaculation .

Early ejaculation while masturbating is mainly due to excessive stimulation of penis by firm grip of hand over penis .

It is always advisable to refrain from taking drugs like Viagra ,Penegra ,Caverta etc while masturbating as there is risk of you getting addicted and may not be effective while having sex with female partner .

You need to restrict masturbation by keeping yourself busy in activities like sports ,reading .social work etc so that you will not get free time to masturbate .
