How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

First I will explain the situation. Last month I started to take daily contraceptive pills on 24th of August. This was the first day my period started. After 4 days my partner came in while I still had my period. Few weeks later I felt that my breast is getting more sensitive and I am afraid I might be pregnant. What are the chances? Yes. I did my first medical abortion on July and after that I did not have any sexual intercourse till that 28th of August.
